Violet Schmid, is licensed in the states of Nevada & California. Previously licensed in Pennsylvania, and Maryland. She has over 49years of experience in buying, selling, and investing in Real Estate, as well as 34 years of owning 2 of her own Real Estate offices and 4 Travel Agencies.

Violet specializes in Luxury Marketing, Residential, Commercial, Developmental, Businesses, and Industrial Listings and Sales. She is an excellent negotiator, a "Top Producer" and was listed among the Top 5% of All Real Estate Sales People in America, and also was in the Top 10 in Beverly Hills. She works in California and Nevada. She works hard to find the proper creative financing that benefits both buyer and seller to bring deals to a mutual close.

Originally from Egypt, Violet was educated and brought up in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. She speaks several foreign languages including Arabic, Amharic, Italian, and French. Her hobbies are flower gardening, designing, staging properties, watching movies with her family, cooking, baking, singing, dancing, and reading gardening books and helping others.

Violet works very hard for her clients. She was ranked 2nd Top REMAX Real Estate Agent in the state of Maryland in 2007, and the Top Listing and Sales Agent in Frederick, Maryland in 2008. Violet was also the Top Listing Agent at Keller Williams Beverly Hills in January of 2009, and in the Top 10 at Rodeo Realty in 2012. Also, President's Circle Award 2013 & Director's club awards 2015, 2016 and 2017 from Rodeo Realty.

 

Violet also trains agents on how to succeed in their business and how to teach their clients to invest in Real Estate. She trained for KW in Beverly Hills and also at Rodeo Realty in Beverly Hills, CA for over 10 yrs.
